If you’re seeking that lively feel paired with solid drive, our EPS Epoxy construction is the ideal choice. The high density, high fusion EPS blanks we use are custom made exclusively for Silver Surf, and are enhanced with a laminated wood stringer. This combination delivers the perfect balance of flex and strength, providing power through turns and smooth, controlled rides.

For over 25 years, our factory has been perfecting the EPS Epoxy system, and it’s the same technology behind the boards we build for World Champion Ítalo Ferreira. With this construction, Ítalo has claimed victories in iconic events like Portugal, Tahiti, and Saquarema, proving its reliability and performance at the highest level, across a wide range of wave conditions.

Our EPS blanks are made with a custom density, carefully chosen for the perfect balance of lightness and durability, ensuring a responsive, fast ride with plenty of pop. The premium laminated wood stringer adds flex response and strength, helping you push your performance to the next level.

Each board is then glassed with high quality epoxy resin and 4 oz fiberglass, providing superior strength and durability. The epoxy resin ensures a lighter, more vibrant ride, while also increasing the board’s durability and resistance to dings and pressure dents.

Our PU tech delivers that classic feel light underfoot, responsive through turns, and built to last. It all starts with the blank.

We use custom made PU blanks from Teccel, built exclusively for Silver Surf. Fresh from Teccel, each blank is shaped to our own dialed in rocker profiles and comes in two density options: Orange (lighter, more flex) and Blue (denser, more drive). Inside, you’ll find a premium laminated wood stringer that keeps things snappy and alive under pressure.

We glass our PU boards with premium 4 oz fiberglass and UV stable resin for long-lasting performance and clarity. Our lamination process is tight, clean, and consistent every board is built to perform at the highest level, just like our team riders demand.

POLI EPOXY Construction

Our Poly Epoxy construction blends the best of both worlds the trusted feel of PU foam with the extended flex life and durability of epoxy resin. We start with the same high quality PU blanks from Teccel, made exclusively for Silver Surf and featuring our custom rocker curves and a premium laminated wood stringer.

Instead of polyester resin, we glass these boards using epoxy, which not only adds strength and resilience but also helps maintain the board’s flex characteristics for longer. The result is a classic PU ride with a modern upgrade more longevity, better response, and the kind of feel that stays alive, session after session.
